Dragana Unić-Stojanović was born in 1975 in Trstenik. She obtained the title of doctor of medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, the University of Belgrade, in 2000. She is a specialist in anesthesiology with resuscitation and a doctor of medical sciences. She works as an anesthesiologist at the Clinic for Anesthesia and Intensive Care of the Institute. She was the head of the Vascular Anesthesia Department in the period 2016-2020, and she has been the Head of the Clinic for Anesthesia and Intensive Care from 2020. She has been the Assistant Director for Medical Affairs since 2019. Dragana is a member of the European Association of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology (EACTA), a member of the European Association of Anesthesiology and the Serbian Association of Anesthesiologists and Intensivists (SAAI). The area of subspecialty she is interested in is pain therapy for cardiac surgery patients and mechanical ventilation of patients in critical condition. She is fluent in English.
